How quickly can you get here?
For emergencies, usually within 4 hours, on weekdays and weekends. If it's not urgent, we'll book a time slot on the next working day.
How much does a repair cost?
It depends on the fault, the parts needed and how accessible the boiler is, which is why we don't work with fixed rates. Send us a photo or video on WhatsApp and we'll give you an estimate straight away. The final price is always agreed before we start.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
You get one all-in price for the visit up front, travel included, so you know exactly where you stand before the engineer sets off.
Is it more expensive in the evening or at the weekend?
Emergency visits outside normal hours can affect the price. We'll always tell you beforehand, so you can decide whether it can wait until the next working day.
Do you work on all brands?
Yes: Remeha, Nefit / Bosch, Vaillant, Intergas, ATAG, AWB and most others.
Do I need to stay in all day?
No. You'll get a two-hour time slot, and the engineer will ring you when they're on their way.
Is the work guaranteed?
Yes, 1 month on the repair and on any parts we fit.
Are your engineers certified?
Yes. All of our engineers hold the Dutch CO certification required to work on gas boilers. Since 2023, only certified companies are allowed to do this work.
How do I pay?
On the spot by card or QR code. We'll email you the invoice.
What if my boiler can't be repaired?
Then you'll get honest advice and a free quote for a replacement, and the call-out fee is refunded if you go ahead.
Can I book an annual service too?
